Visions of Regret can be found from a Sapphire Djinn mesmer boss just south of where the Blinding Surge boss spawns, in the Wilderness of Bahdza.

After spending an afternoon searching for the NPC with the "destroy the harpies" quest I've decided to cave. Where is this person? I've not seen him in any cities or explorable areas and I've added another 10% to my Elonian explorer title, just looking for this quest.

Complete the quests from Lieutenant Murunda in Dzagonur Bastion and finish the Reclaiming the Temple quest. The garden should revert back after you completed this.

Edit: Apparently I was wrong. I tested again with a character that have finished the game and skipped a lot of quests. The garden reverts back to its original state after completing Jennur's Horde. So, you may have to finish the game first. I'll be testing again with another character to see if this holds true.

did all of his quests (he doesnt offer anymore), none in my log, still the Nightfallen Garden.

and yeah, im sure, i looked it up on Wiki - i did that quest, nothing changed though :<

thanks for helping anyways, ill see what happens after i beat the game, maybe ill be lucky then or something

Don't worry - Beat the game and you get all the heros you missed, then go back and complete everything you needed a specfic hero for.

In Responce to that dude who capped Toxic Chill, you only have to complete the quest "Extinction" to get the behemoth boss to spawn. Just SS the whole quest, Heket are that big a sucker.

Crippling slash is in the far west of Sunward Marches actually. (north west corner). Fastest to get from Dajkah Inlet.
